ABOUT US

The Section of Hygiene of the University Department of Life Sciences and Public Health conducts training, research, and assistance activities in the area of health protection and promotion, particularly for the community, with multidisciplinary skills and an interdisciplinary approach.

AREA OF INTEREST

These range from general medical and biological sciences to epidemiology and health statistics, from the governance of health systems and services to health technology assessment, from environmental safety and infection control to ethics and personalized medicine research.

NETWORK

Public Health cannot address problems without a global perspective, without sacrificing the necessary specific and sectoral insights. To this end, we leverage a network of collaborations with academic and non-academic institutions, both nationally and internationally.
